Toxic Crusaders
Playmates already had the Turtles, so in 1991 they took on Toxie and his pollution-fighting pals, in loud neon with glow-in-the-dark weapons and some properly daft vehicles. Trick or Treat Studios brought the line back in 2023 with new 5 inch figures.

Five 1991 vehicles, none of them sensible. The Crusader Skater is basically a huge skateboard, and the Toxic Turf Surfer is a windsurfer with its own clean air generator.
